  • Yes! We currently post to the UK and most EU countries via Evri.

    Please note: any customs fees, import taxes or handling charges are out of our control and are at the responsibility of the customer.

  • Vintage doesn’t have to feel old, dusty and arrive in a taped-up supermarket bag (we’ve all been there!). Each package comes with freshly cleaned, steamed and retagged items to ensure you still get that ‘new clothes’ feeling.

    Your item will arrive in whimsical tissue paper with a branded sticker, a zip-lock bag and a sturdy mailing bag for ultimate protection!

  • Yes! Any defects, signs of wear or flaws are in each of our product descriptions.

    Each item is freshly washed, steamed and retagged for ultimate freshness.

  • Grade A is the highest level of vintage clothing. These items may show light, natural wear or defects but nothing that affects the quality or style.

    No major marks, stains, holes or damage - just beautifully cared-for clothing ready for its next adventure.

    All defects are pictured and noted in product descriptions. Please note these before purchasing.

  • Due to the nature of vintage and preloved clothing, we do not accept refunds. Each item has already had a previous life and once it leaves us we can’t guarantee it hasn’t been worn and retagged.

    However, your happiness matters to us - if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our very best to help.

  • Each product description includes the sizing of the item. We do our very best to approximate age from the information on the tag.
